      Pros

      Office location is easy to get to from DuPont metro.

      Cons

      Understaffed, long hours and little room for advancement. Good for a recent college grad to get a little experience but not a long term destination.

      Pros

      It’s a young office, so there is a lot of energy and personality. Everyone there worked their way up from the bottom and all wear various hats in the company. Because of this, people very willing to provide guidance when you first start. It is an fast-paced environment which make days go by quick. Great learning opportunities in various departments. High Expectations. Very good first job out of college, you will work hard and learn A LOT.

      Cons

      It’s a very intense atmosphere. There is always a great deal going on at once and it gets very overwhelming. The workload sometimes burns you out.

      Pros

      Laid-back environment for the most part. Getting rid of Jill was the best decision this company ever made. Wayne was funny and encouraging, although in the end it was all fluff.

      Cons

      Some of the most mis-guided leadership you will ever see in a company. Totally disjointed and office morale was the worst I've seen in my 10 years experience.
