You have a job to pay bills.
Cons
Long hours of workand you are only off 4 days a month and your leave gets declined. You need to plan your life around the shifts if you get the shifts in advance. Overtime is compulsory and is given to you at anytime no matter if you have already plans.

• Long hours (and I mean loooong, forget about life/work balance, you'll never see your family) • Employee mental health (and health in general) is disregarded. Was forced to be at work the day after my sons funeral. Got covid & was given 1 day (unpaid) to "sort myself out or consider alternative employment" • Salary's too low (if you're not living with a partner/parents, you'll be working just for transport) • Targets are constantly moving & near impossible to reach. If by some miracle you achieve them, a new arbitrary rule will be put in place to ensure you don't get your bonus.
