Great work life balance. There are a lot of talented people, and knowledge are shared between different teams. Always focus on the technology.

Cons

The salary might not be competitive in the industry. The business model might not work in countries in APAC.

Pros

Free fizzy drinks and a couple of office games like foosball or table tennis. (All of this is just to attract grads and compensate for low salaries)

Cons

Their software is failing and losing clients. Pay is also not that good and you won't get any promotions unless you stay for 3+ years. Management and employees are less qualified than the market average. The first thing they do if they have lost a client or have crappy year is fire people.

Low salary, poor management, management is very unqualified, always lose money, very high turnover rate and they fire people quite often
