Best recruiting firm I've worked for. They do retained search, direct hire, staffing in tech/digital mktg. Leadership is transparent, honest, and they reward finding the best qualified candidate, not numbers.

CEO is positive and listens to employees. Suggestions are always welcome and considered. No micro-management and 100% WFH. Everyone is treated as an adult.
No micromanaging. It is assumed you are an adult and can provide results without nagging. The employer is trusting, the company collaborative. There are no sacred cows. The company is forgiving of mistakes and loudly broadcasts successes. Results oriented and will provide any tool you need to become successful.
