Beneficial First Job Experience

There's nothing leisurely about an agency job, which I thought turned out to be very beneficial for my first job out of college. Capstrat was a lot like "bootcamp," but when I went to my second job, I was a productivity machine.

Cons

The "bootcamp" aspect was accompanied by burn-out, which is ultimately why I left. It's a great job, but has a shelf life for many people. Salary was not competitive.
