Sadly, there are hardly any positive things to say about working for Capture One. During my time there, I made some good friends who have left this company angry and frustrated.
Cons
Working for Capture One is a precarious business, one rife with toxic work culture, bad management, poor leadership, and employees who consistently feel devalued and mistreated. During my time at this company, I have witnessed a range of mismanagement, from the termination of employees on sick leave to an HR director who is not only incompetent but consistently lies and fails to take the concerns of frustrated staff seriously. Many people have left this company, usually with a bad taste in their mouths, and I count myself as one of them. However, I would be remiss to say that Capture One does not do anything well because it does one thing very well: mistreats talented and hardworking people. It's a leaky ship that is constantly restructuring and restrategizing. Yet, it fails to see that a good company can do those things without diminishing the work of its current employees, or worse discarding them like trash - without so much as a thank you. Hands down, the worst place I have ever worked in my 15+ year career.
