      Like working for a second rate company

      Pros

      Good location and good people trying hard to work as a team

      Cons

      Bad management. A very reactive company, Projects badly managed and engineers never seem to feel as though they belonged. The same core people are still there in the engineering department. Their job was to train newcomers but they didn't share information or offer good guidance for fear of losing their jobs when the redundancies came around approximately every five years.

      Pros

      Working for Capula gives you the chance to take personal responsibility and satisfaction in creating installed systems that you know are the product of your own efforts and skills.

      Cons

      As with all companies in the engineering sector, there can be a disconnect between managerial and corporate desires and the realities of what is required to deliver a fault free system. Depending on the 'stream' you are working in, the possibilities for advancement can be limited and remuneration is likewise unspectacular.

      Enjoyed a good few years here, great workmates and friendly atmosphere and interesting projects. Management communication good and employees seemed valued

      Starting going downhill with new MD and management seemed to lose interest in the employees
