I be here all night typing on all the bad things!! Pay is real low. Don't listen to anything on here that say other They say that they move people up from inside company but they realy don't if you in sales They take $$$ from your pay for insure but you cant get info on how to use it Call main office to try + ask a question from lady in hr is nightmare you get no answers then when you finally get her she just nasty to you she tell me she have no time to explain things I ask

Thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience here was not a great one. In regard to pay, all employees make at least the minimum wage set by the City of Chicago and many employees make well above that. We review compensation at least annually, and we strive to pay all of our employees competitively. We were surprised that you feel that there’s no upward movement in Sales, as all of our current Sales Managers started out as either Porters or Sales Consultants and were promoted into a management position. It’s unfortunate that you feel you didn’t get sufficient information on our insurance, and we are always striving to get more information to our employees. Since November, we revised our orientation program, and go over benefits extensively with new employees and answer any questions they may have. We also provide informational sessions during open enrollment annually. I’m sorry you felt the HR Department was unresponsive; we do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours

people not in management try to work hard and try to make the best of the bad situation

managers are horrible & treat workers illegally. Place has revolving door because people dont stay long. human resources doesn't do much of anything for workers I paid for insurance but couldnt get hr to even answer my 2 questions about it Collections workers told to bother people & do illegal things to customers but their records are so messed up that lots of these people dont even owe any money People can't even take a day off til they work more than a year. they moved us into new building that is super loud had bad bathrooms that keep breaking down & only 1 microwave for more than 100 people & they won't let us even have trash cans Place has ZERO parking & they make us park on unsafe streets where we all get tickets MANAGEMENT DIDNT THINK ABOUT EMPLOYEE NEEDS Managers dont care at all about the people just money they make off the junky used cars

Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry that you didn’t have a good experience. We have found that in general, our employees have had a positive experience with the company and our management staff. We feel that our turnover is in line with industry standards, however we always strive to make improvements. I’m sorry you felt the HR Department was unresponsive; we do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Our company is constantly evaluating our policies and procedures, and we are confident that our Collections staff is handling customer accounts appropriately. In regard to time off, we have always allowed time within the first year for certain circumstances and/or positions, and we recently changed our time off policy in September 2015 to provide even more time. Our vacation policy depends on your position, and no employee goes longer than 6 months without beginning to accrue vacation. Many employees start accruing time immediately. We did recently move into a new, state of the art corporate headquarters. With this, as with any move, there are growing pains. In our lunchroom we have added a second microwave and refrigerator. We aren’t aware of any issues with the bathrooms, but they are all in working order currently. You are right about the trash cans; we do not provide trash cans at employee workstations because our company handles very confidential information so we provide shredding bins around the office instead (there are also trash cans for non-paper trash). In regard to parking, unfortunately, we are located in the city of Chicago and like most small businesses, there is limited private parking. There is however plenty of free street parking available where you will not get ticketed.

not organized, unethical, poor management, take advantaege of latino community, sell junk cars to people who cant afford them and cars break down and they wont fix
