The small team made it easy to collaborate and learn from others. Autonomy to work on projects. Friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Car dealers aren't the most receptive to technology. Sometimes our products weren't received as well as we figured they would be.

Pros
Fun place to work, always rewarding good work. Crazy quarterly parties with open bars and DJ's. Work hard, play hard type atmosphere. Very relaxed and understanding atmosphere, they will do everything possible to make you successful. Catered lunch every Thursday. Drinking every Friday and tequila shots after something exciting happens.
Cons
Depending on your department, hours can be pretty long at time, after all it is a start up. Just gaining traction in market share is difficult and we are all in it together.
