Organised and fun hospitality work in a small restaurant chain

Pros

Organised management and a generally fun and supportive work environment. A small enough chain to be personal but big enough to allow good opportunities to pick up shifts. And good food and coffee!

Cons

The system for scheduling and swapping shifts and booking days off can be quite unclear.

Great staff to work with, everyone is nice and friendly. The pay is good as a kitchen porter and the free food provided on shift is amazing.

Cons

Can get really busy at times, but that is apart of the job
