Toxic environment, heavy workloads, high turnover

Pros

Very flexible environment which allows the option to work remotely, they invest in good quality equipment and software. A few great people work here but the overall culture is very toxic.

Cons

The company has a lot of potential but the negatives far outweigh the positives. This was the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. It's a very political environment and there are heavy workloads, no support or appreciation from the executives, low compensation, and no willingness to train or coach. This company is missing the human element and treats their staff as disposable resources.

Have to agree with everything that's already been said on this site: - Cheap cheap cheap - Does not value employees - Views staff as disposable - Unethical - Salaries are mediocre - Extremely high turnover rate

Pros

Remote work, and enjoyed working with some really smart people. Good internal processes setup.

Cons

Underpaid, over worked, negative work environment. People fired often, environment of fear, and leadership only cares about billable work and not about the people. Noticed men being promoted over women.
