There isn't any good reasons to work at Cargo Chief

Worked for approximately 3 and 1/2 months. My Father got sick for one of those months, but yet I still did work. We buried him in may and SIX days later they let me go!!!! I was then an Independent Rep and they screwed me over on a huge flatbed load! Management was not helpful at all. IN FACT, blamed the customer for the issue. Very unprofessional.

I have never worked for a company that is so unorganized with poor management. They may use the "start up" excuse to hide the problems but the bottom line is poor management. They treat the employees who are doing there jobs as second class. Yet they promote anyone who makes it into the inner circle with management. There are no qualifications or experience and I urge anyone to stay away.

There are no Pros as this start-up Company talks the talk, but still has not found how to walk. The are amateurs at best attempting to be a Hi-Tech operation. A revolving door as there is no loyalty as they get rid of people monthly and bring in another wave.
