Good pay, good car allowance, no timekeeping, flexible working hours
Cons
The atmosphere is awful. Management is by far the most micromanaging I have experience throughout my career, They do not trust you, basically a manager has nothing to say. We only do what we are told. Management follows a 'do as I say, but not as I do' attitude. They travel, spend money on business trips, but we cannot travel by car somewhere due to costs. It got way worse over the last 3 years... no promotions possible. Basically as a manager you are just a glorified secretary for the director. Time for a senior management switch up. The CEO bullies its people, including his own direct reports. Temper minded individual!
