Pros
-small team of workers in Singapore office(less politics...but) -boss doesn't come in office - became a jack of all trades in 5 months and all this skills picked up aided me in landing a BETTER JOB

-small team of workers therefore if anyone works from home.. especially the operations personnel who does the work??? Yep the sales exec aka me - everyone has the liberty to work from home except me, because i was the youngest in the company.. tbh idk if their wfh is approved or they just do it and don't get caught because the boss is never in LOL - had to juggle between sales and pricing and operations and even admin - one of the red flags was that meetings were conducted in chinese and i can't speak chinese because i was the only non chinese staff LOL - every payday had to contact our part time accountant to receive proper amount of money... - could not wfh at all -the boss called the operation staff and they were conversing in chinese but it was on speaker phone and i was okay with it, but once he mentioned MY NAME the staff straight away stopped putting it on speaker... talk about being SUS.. - had to come back on weekends to do Operation's job as he was in Johor playing badminton, but me a Sales Exec had to do his job for him with no extra perks or compensation given... - when i did voice out that me covering 2 or 3 jobs at times was unfair i was badmouthed in chinese lol... i mean i was covering everyone when they were "wfh" but i dont see anyone helping me.... -

Company has office in Mumbai, Pune , Hyderabad, Chennai. Mumbai and Pune office is on rent and the clients they have are good. They don't know how to deal with their employees. both temporary and permanent. The removed almost 20 people in the month of May and 20 people in the month of June. It seems they dont have salary to pay. They are doing an average sale of 12-13 Lac during lock down period from mumbai and Pune and still cant pay salary on time and removing employees on probation without any notice period.And Salary is delayed till 23 of june.
Cons
I joined in Feb and was on probation and since April 2020 they started delaying salary and started harassing for collection due to lock down and result of the same, they removed many people some with notice and some on the spot. My salary hasn't been credited till 22'July and the Hr promised three dates 5th 10, 15th july. A very unprofessional company when it comes to giving salary on time and treating their employees with respect.
