Not a great place to work. Admin more worried about themselves than the community they serve.

Helping the community with resources that may not be available to them otherwise
Cons
Admin will not address issues that discriminate against staff and patients due to nepotism. Raises and promotions are based on emotions rather than merit. That includes employees being demoted if they upset higher ups. Once you leave, your new place of employment feels like Disney World with how your new supervisors treat you with respect and like a valued employee.

Strict with rules and regulations within job operations, lack of guidance from management with little to no training given. discriminatory to the promotion and other insights, They do not effectively address discriminatory comments made by others because of nepotism. lack of ability to grow or advance.
