Upper management are a joke, from CEO to DOS after recent changed. These people are only focusing on numbers, they don't know how to run teams at all. Micromanagement is the only thing they do, they would call or text you from 6am to 11pm asking you for sales numbers, activities, appointments set on a daily basis, life and work balance is out of the picture. They do not care about empowering staffs when morality is low, or give you any support. If can hit the target this month, the whole upper management will treat you like a king, then next month treat you like trash if you fail the target. Low season is not acceptable in these people's mind. There were at least 6 top performing sales managers left the company last year. If you think you can hit the target constantly êach and every month, this is the job for you.
