Good incentives but favoritism and limited growth opportunities

Nice to start with...but it mostly hires for sales only . You are lucky if they hire you for another position if you are a fresher. The incentives are really good. And this sales process is better than any other sales job because here you have to deal with the person who is already interested to sell their car. So it makes it actually a buying process but yeah you have to negotiate good as the rates are very low given in second hand market

Cons

HRs are mostly busy if you need them, favoritism is as common as any other company. Growth depends highly on extremely good performance or good connection. Zero work-life balance if you are an retail associate or procurement associate there.

Honestly, Cars24 has been one of those rare workplaces where you actually enjoy showing up to work.

Honestly, Cars24 has been one of those rare workplaces where you actually enjoy showing up to work. The people, the culture, and the overall vibe make a big difference here. The managers are super approachable and supportive .. they listen, guide, and push you to do better without making it feel like pressure. There’s a sense of teamwork that makes even hectic days feel easy to get through. One thing I really appreciate is the wellness team. If you ever feel low or just need someone to talk to, they’re there .. genuinely helpful and easy to reach out to. It’s not something many companies prioritise, but Cars24 truly does. They also care a lot about work-life balance. The gym at the office is a great addition, and they actually encourage people to use it. You can tell they value both mental and physical well-being.

Cons

If I had to mention one con, it’s that the office is a bit far from Delhi, so the commute can be long.
