- Managers are also salespeople and will sell accounts in your territory, so you will compete with them (with no recourse)
- Everything will change all the time to the salesperson's detriment
- The guarantee for the first 3-months is a draw, so there's no benefit to sell those first 3-months (and they won't tell you this)
