If you are someone who does not value your life outside work, likes to work 24/7, likes to be humiliated in front of others everyday, enjoys arguing and listening to other people argue and does not consider your physical and mental health is important, then this place is for you. The turnover rate is so high, everyday makes you wonder who will be turning their resignation letter today. No proper guide on how to work with the system, everything you have to learn by yourself because no one is willing enough to teach you (because they are too busy). The only good things here? Sometimes they give you free food for festival celebrations, and the benefits is quite good, but it is just not worth it to work there just for those. You still have much more enjoyable things to do in your life, appreciate your life more by not working in environment like this.

currently focused on short term profits. not investing in development of new technologies fast enough. staff cuts have stretched the technical staff very thin. new management does not understand the semiconductor business.
