Super smart team that is self-directed and holds themselves accountable. The team is really dedicated to clients; it almost feels like we are in-house with them.
Cons
Covid is preventing the team from getting together in person, and while we can absolutely get our jobs done 100% remote, it would be nice to be able to gather occasionally.
