Pros

The organization offers a highly competitive and robust employee benefits package, featuring strong healthcare coverage, comprehensive parental leave, and wellness perks that align with top-tier industry standards.

Cons

Reactive Leadership: The entire company pushes projects at an unsustainable pace with no clear timelines, proper scoping, or backup plans when things break. Echo-Chamber Management: Upper management operates as "yes-men." They blindly implement frantic strategy changes without considering or defending the impact on employees. Unchecked Compensation Greed: Most Account Executives/Sales are chasing incentives by bringing in highly unprofitable, low-margin deals, leaving delivery and tech teams to clean up the mess. Destroyed WLB: Burnout is rampant due to a never-ending cycle of frantic deadlines coupled with poorly scoped, poorly documented training requirements. Blind Faith in AI: Leadership treats AI as a flawless silver bullet—always blaming the employee if a tool fails. Yet, they completely reject any constructive feedback directed at themselves.
