Thank you for your feedback. I hope that you feel that some of the actions we took this year, )increasing the 401k match, reducing medical costs) show signs that we are listening. These were the 2 biggest concerns our employees had and the company invested close to $1MM to make them better.
The employe survey did provide very valuable and in some cases humbling insights. John Cowdery provided a high level overview of the results as well as some of the actions the company is taking to improve employee engagement. We have recently presented more detailed findings to the next 2 levels of management and will be presenting to the Ops Mgrs soon.
One of the outcomes from the survey will be a managers HR guide, which will provide guidance on some the tools our managers have at their disposal to be leaders. this will include career paths, career conversation guides, performance management and a lot of other resources. You also mentioned that you have not had an increase in almost 5 years - have you spoken to your manager or VP, Ops? Please call me, so I can look into this for you.
