      I made some good friends, had some good times, and shared some good laughs.

      Cons

      Corporate management and regional management is very rude and disrespectful. Managers fail to provide any direction, guidance, or leadership. Any issues that arise involves numerous conference calls with your manager, their manager, their managers manager etc. etc. Which results in calls with a dozen people all talking over each other and the majority of them not knowing anything about what is going on. They don't empower people to do their job and make decisions on their own. However when things go wrong they are very quick to point the finger.

      There are absolutely NO Pro's to working for this company! Never seen a place with such a high turn-over rate and poor management (Senior Regional managers all the way down)!

      Cons

      They don't care about worker safety, hazards, or laws. They ignore pollution and turn their heads or hide it. Management is absolutely horrid, heartless, and callous. Managers do not set good role models. VERY low moral. Wish I could rate them with ZERO stars, but have to give at least 1 star before the system will allow me to continue.
