Can't find any... spend 4years in spending

Cons

I dedicated four years of my career to this company, giving my best efforts and contributing to its growth. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse due to the company's deeply ingrained culture of favoritism and biased decision-making. Hard work and dedication often take a backseat to personal preferences, and leadership fails to uphold a fair and supportive work environment. The management, particularly at the top, is more interested in maintaining personal cliques rather than fostering talent. Unprofessional behavior is overlooked if you're in the "inner circle," making it difficult for truly deserving employees to progress. Unfortunately, ethics and employee well-being are not a priority here. If you're looking for a workplace that values merit, professionalism, and fair treatment, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
