Pros

Convenient to Mayfaire an WB. Paved parking

Cons

Horrible place to work unless desperate. I think it is pretty easy to read the reviews here and determine which are written by marketing and HR and which are actually former employees. Trust me, the glowing reviews and "get what you put in" statements are all approved by higher ups. Free breakfast...yeah but HR will be in the kitchen writing down names and then making sure you clocked out and did not exceed your break time. Knew a lot of hourly that were pulling another job to pay for the inadequate benefit plan offered. But hey...you have a gym, brewery and cool chairs..who needs health insurance or a good wage?

Pros

Free bagel Monday. Super gossipy co workers, so there is definitely a lot of communication between employees. The extremely poor pay allows employees to develop great budgeting experience. The gym allows for lovely loud rap music to be heard on all floors throughout the day. Super comfortable chairs in downstairs allow for easy napping experiences. If you have a craving for what dirt put through a coffee filter tastes like, you won't have to travel far. The bell on the sales floor used to celebrate big wins and sales creates fast and alert reflexes from jumping out of your chair. There is no dress code, so you can wear your hot sauce stained ripped sweatshirts should you desire. And many people take them up on that Management changes your seat every week, so finding where a person sits is an exciting new adventure every day. The level of favoritism played by management allows for first row seats to extreme brown nosing and exciting new ways to find how resources and people can be mismanaged. The only metric for measuring sales reps is total number of calls made, so you are able to develop the highly desirable skill of harassing other HR departments at their place of work.

Cons

Castlebranch was required to hire X number of people by the city of wilmington, because they paid for their building. Basically as long as they keep this revolving door of employees rolling the city won't come down on them. They have a department that sells exclusively to colleges and universities that make them boatloads of money, anyone else who isn't in that division is irrelevant, and they don't try to hide that fact.

Pros

Live at the beach! (Their main selling point to unsuspecting potential candidates)

Cons

- Involved in money laundering, offshore pornography - A facade for their real business, stealing tax money to launder through other ventures - Dysfunctional as an organization
