Good benefits, including health. Good work facilities. The company cares about its customers and employees. The company encourages teamwork and friendship. Management tries to be very transparent and involve people in running the company. Pet friendly. Committed to the environment.
Cons
It's a small (but growing) company, so salary is a bit low.
Catprint trains employees with no experience. This a small company and you know all of your co workers well. I have made many friends in the years I have worked there. There is a really nice benefits and 401k package and PTO. There is opportunity for overtime when busy seasons hit and when large jobs come in which is nice. Managers are very involved and share the work load. Definitely a job for someone who likes to keep busy and work with your hands! There is room to grow with this company.
Cons
Pay is not as competitive for an entry level position as other print companies. Working on your feet all day can take a toll on your body, no matter what age. When it’s busy it’s really busy.
