Pros

Founder, Lynn Coffland, genuinely cares for and will fight for her veterans. Is one of the most selfless and generous humans I've ever known. Adaptable schedule, incredible coworkers, travel, fun, not boring, very understanding of and able to work with veteran population.

-mission-driven -exposure to other areas within the business outside of your silo -hybrid work -financial transparency, all visible online -loyal & passionate supporters & staff -time off perks for full-time employees, Christmas to New Year's plus normal 2 weeks vacation, sick leave, plus additional holidays

-remote work, brainstorming over online meetings can be hard
