Job security, flexible work times, generous benefits, generous paid time off

Cons

Employees have very little say what happens. Management tends to be authoritarian, making decisions that affect employees without consideration. Employees are expected to do more with less.

Excellent pay and benefits. Generous time off.

Cons

Highly micromanaged and very little autonomy. Supervisors in my department are really „assistants“ to the current acting director with little decision making authority.
