      Great culture and office space, autonomy, interesting work, room to advance your career if you're self-motivated

      Cons

      Difficult clients, not much opportunity for training or mentoring so not a great fit for less experienced people, no bonuses

      It's been a while since this comment went in and I'm just doing some comments now (CEO here). We've since added an internship program, an apprentice program and have a person dedicated to training. One of the things we noticed was that people who started with us earlier in their careers actually progress much faster than people who joined later. We also have more of a mentorship focus for leads as well now. Lots of thing have change in the 8 years since.

      Pros

      Amazing company outlook, outstanding quality of production, cutting edge tech stacks, Schedule flexibility, skill mentorship, strong team mentality, trust, extremely positive mindset amongst all employees, work life balance is fantastic as long as you are doing what is expected

      Cons

      (not really a con but) must have a desire to grow and learn, even if that means outside of work hours, sometimes later hours to meet commitments but you can usually pin point a reason or something that went wrong to result in this
