No training and must work independently

Expect that you'll not just stay or work in one single role as you're expected to work on a lot of things outside your role. No clear path, no transparency as priorities change most of the time and you'll keep guessing based on gut feeling. No proper training so make sure to invest time in learning the product and your role(s). Poor compensation and benefits. You don't have a voice in the company so get used to it. Beware of colleagues who are against you and those who are passing the work to you. Toxic work culture, unhealthy environment to work.
