Great people to work with, was better before combining Chicago and West Chester. Pays above industry standard wages.

Cons

Poor leadership and disorganized structure, over-leveraged and unable to pay vendors including manufacturing plants, closed a plant in North America to send jobs overseas.

The pay and benefits are good but the company culture suck so its not enough.

Cons

Supervisors who are a joke. No real management Everyone will throw you under the bus to save themselves. No training.

Pros

There are many great people who work in the company both in the Ohio and Illinois locations. These people are very smart and hardworking. They want to do whatever is needed to make the company a success. They are often taken advantage of and overworked or completely ignored by incompetent managers.

Cons

Little to no direction. There is a definite feeling of being left to twist in the wind. Constructive criticism would be welcomed by many but the management group is not able to properly supervise and motivate their teams. The atmosphere is most definitely toxic. It is so unfortunate.
