Pros
Health insurance and paid days off were good, scheduled wasn't bad if it came out same day, every week but you only get it one week at a time.
Cons
Most coworkers in the same feild were cool, some have the lack of respect of others, the car's most had no respect for the operators, lied most of the younger ones would have a headphone in, be on there phones all the time, seems like they get away with alot more with out being introuble, they don't come to you, if there is an issue about you, they have other ways of taking care of that. I thought I was going to retire with them, they were great upuntil the end, very disappointed in how I was treated un the end.

-family oriented business -ability to build your own success -excellent long term employees -nimble company and open to change
Cons
-smaller company so opportunities can be limited. They are constantly presenting themselves though.
