Great Colleagues, Good competence, great office location in Oslo
Cons
Have had a hard time adjusting after the big merger with Sysco and implementing new tech stack within the consultants. Bad pension agreement, only 5 weeks vacation
Cegal is a company in strong growth and with ambitious goals. It is rewarding to work for a company that is forward-looking and committed to diversity. We have an inclusive and informal work environment and I love that I have the opportunity to influence my workday, tasks and the way forward.
Cons
Nothing to put off, but like any other company, we also have several areas for improvement - and this differs from department to department. In my department we have that too, but I also love to work to improve this - no issues that scare me away.
Highly experienced colleagues and good work environment.
Flexible hours.
Cons
The company seems to be run by the CFO (Finances) these days.
Work environment became crap as the cuts started... and they are not stopping.
Also, all the values the company had became garbage as the finances need to look good to a potential buyer.
