Horrible company to work for

-Only pro here is that there are a lot of young people working here...so sometimes it can be fun

Cons

- The company is being over turned by a evil witch. She has fire multiple people for very miniscule reasons to get her point across. Their turnover rate is high. Just check the Craigslist bioscience jobs section, they are always looking for "Biologists".

-somehow this company gets blessed with awesome employees -lots of learning opportunities in various departments -great exposure to biotech industry

Cons

-salaries always on the low end for almost all positions in comparison to industry norms -assigned "career paths" that limit growth and opportunity by creating hoops people must jump through to be even eligible for advancement and even then do not guarantee promotions/pay raises -actual job performance and capabilities are rarely observed for consideration of pay increases -head of HR is also part of ownership so employees do not feel comfortable approaching HR about anything

- Generally good-natured employees. - High attention to detail. - Active participation in comprehensive employee development. - Tightly-regulated schedules and active workplace camaraderie.

Cons

- Very fickle individuals within the company who will terminate you for any absurd reason (if you're not part of the Cool Club, you're as good as gone). - Requirement to do off-site project work for career advancement with no compensation. - Highly non-constructive terminations; absolutely no feedback on improvement. - Low salaries across the board compared to their normal values.
