They used old technologies they hire you for some other tech but then gave you work on other. Too Much Politics not with me but with most of employees. These guys have lost lots of Gems because of politics and favoritism. Only Top Management Play hard politics other wise whole company is good and helpful. Top guys have their own group and they gave you a single chance to be in their group by doing some cheap thing and if you neglect them then they will make you cry each day. They try to be very Genuine and very frank but they are not. They cant give you chance to move further in your career whether you have good knowledge and skills or not instead they give chances to those guys who cant do anything in their whole day and just do some time pass and left handed compliments to Top Guys. Last thing if you want to Join, there is one requirement its left-handed compliment.

After new management, it is harder to reflect your hard work. Wrong people at wrong designations. Wrong team management. People started to please others. Communications and understanding is at very difficult level.
