This organization is attempting a revamp, but the lack of clear direction and effective leadership is hindering meaningful progress. When asked about strategic goals or a defined roadmap, leadership was unable to provide clarity, which significantly limits the company’s potential for meaningful progress. Everything is reactive, instead of proactive (literally on a daily basis).
There are critical gaps in financial literacy among key decision-makers, and leadership engagement is minimal — I did not receive a single check-in or communication from my direct supervisor during my time there. Constructive input and proposed solutions were frequently dismissed without consideration.
Unfortunately, without a clear vision, strong leadership, or openness to new ideas, it's difficult to see how the company can succeed in its current state.
Proceed with caution.
