      Pros

      - Well-known hospitality marketing software. - Competitive salary structure. - Flexibility to work from home. - Leadership that listens to feedback, both internally and externally. It’s important that the leadership team understands the reality of what’s happening on the ground instead of making up their own thoughts that fits their agenda. On this, the leaders in the company deserves a standing ovation. Well done. - A supportive network of colleagues.

      Cons

      - Some need to improve on responding to internal emails especially when those emails are from the international teams. - Our All-Hands are definitely not EMEA/APAC timezone friendly. - So much restrictions on user access to Salesforce that it baffles me to point that correcting an account’s name which is not a client requires the administrator to do it.
