      The company is very quiet and easy to work with. They pay a reasonable salary for the field, though it's far from liveable. No prior experience required.

      Cons

      Everyone's at least a little condescending, HR is shockingly racist and condescending. They're loathe to give you the time of day.

      The people you work with, or if you're lucky, the people you don't have to work with, just depends if you're a people person or not.

      Cons

      There really isn't any room for advancement. It's obvious they have favorites, and promote each other, because everyone's already familiar with each other, or related somehow.
