      Pros

      Nice trucks. Candy bowl in reception area is always filled with delicious chocolates and various sweet confections to cleanse the palate.

      Cons

      Verbally abusive, demeaning and condescending work atmosphere. No investment in employees or their personal and professional development. Turnover rate incredibly high because of work environment and unattainable goals. Management's egos are huge which is surprising because the majority aren't even qualified to be in their particular positions. Many over-value their worth to the organization. Also asked to get on roofs without proper safety equipment and disregard for inclement weather just to increase number of roofing tech measure visits.

      Pros

      Working for a commercial roofing contractor you know that you will always have opportunities to make money in sales. This is a recession proof industry. They are the largest commercial roofing company in the US and that carries a lot of weight when selling to national customers. Compensation is above average for the industry and if your book of business is already established you can make a tremendous amount on commissions and bonus.

      Cons

      Inconsistent quality and workmanship based on which office throughout the nation is doing the work. Old school boys club mentality but that is to be expected everywhere in the roofing industry. Leadership preaches that success can only be accomplished if you follow their rules. Thinking outside the box is not welcomed. No CRM System... a lot of time and money are wasted in inefficient processes and redundancies.

      Decent at Best...... Medical & Prescription Plan with Dental insurance - Vision Plan - 401(k) Pension Plan, with a company match - Flexible Spending Accounts - Short Term Disability - Long Term Disability - Life & AD&D Insurance - Business Travel Insurance - Paid Vacation - Paid Holidays.

      Cons

      ALL, and Imean every single position above office manager are male. Extremely chauventistic and discriminating towards female office staff. Very Degrading when dealing with any of them. Management of company disfunctional and don't communicate. Don't like hire to"pretty" women because the field employess will want to flirt. Hostile work environment.
