Employment decisions, including sudden layoffs, were handled with limited communication and left employees feeling unsupported. Leadership transparency and accountability appeared lacking. Mentorship — particularly within the classification team — did not meet expectations for guidance or professional growth. I would encourage candidates to carefully evaluate team culture and long-term stability before joining.
