Upper management is horrible and the entire company has change fatigue from constant turnover. They hired a cruel woman who came in and disrespected everyone, especially longtime employeee, and made cuts to the business that made no sense. This organization is like a field of snakes.

Top heavy leadership that has never spent a day on the road performing actual customer facing projects are focused on pinching every penny. Intense travel schedule coupled with extreme oversight from ‘bean counters’. Unless you’re willing to eat fast food in a hotel room every night and make sure the room falls within their ‘budget,’ I recommend running, not walking from this company.
