Pros

They have an employee discount

Cons

I worked at corporate for less than a year. Their communication is terrible and many jobs are outsourced to China and India so you're having to communicate and log information on multiple platforms. My direct superior threatened to fire me after my first week because I hadn't put enough effort into learning how to build a computer (which was never in the job description). She also took me out to lunch the first week and used personal information she asked for at lunch against me during this later conversation. The company doesn't care about their employees. They are treated and paid terribly.

Pros

You get good experience with numerous different jobs. You can obtain a lot of information on computer hardware and software.

Cons

You get a lot of experience but only because you are forced to do so. Each location seems to be understaffed, so many times a person will have to take on multiple roles. In addition, the workload is heavy and you are expected to complete all tasks.

Pros

Working at Central Computers is like working at a toy store for techies. You're always the first to experience new computer parts. Most employees are very easy going and easy to work with.

Cons

There does not seem to be a clear direction of where the company is going towards. Starting pay is a bit over minimum wage, and raises don't come often. Lots of work and sometimes overtime doesn't get applied on paychecks.
