      Pros

      Less work, Do only what the CEO likes!!! so no need to use your mind... Only pros are..that they are expanding in a fast pace.. so you can expect some learning there... but all of them are in small time cities.. 3 tier.. with poor infrastructure and poor staff profiles.

      Cons

      Never join!!! Its a company run by only the Doctor's wife.. limited exposure... high attrition rate because of obvious reasons!! ineffective top management...
