Pros

Flexible work arrangements, job security

Cons

Terrible management, nepotism, staff treated like poorly, leave is hard to get leave approved, the micromanagement of staff is the worst I have encountered.. everything is KPI and stats driven and there is no consideration for more complex cases meaning that if you take too long working with a client, you have to explain to management why your stats are low that day.

Good training at the beginning of employment, very thorough. Working at a call centre, able to choose work hours

Cons

Promotion is hard, opportunities were not that common in the workplace.
