      Pros

      The company has interesting technology that has a lot of potential. If properly developed it can be a big business. Compensation is on par with the industry for the area.

      Cons

      Very poor management, with payroll and expense refunds issues. Lack of leadership and intense political environment. No vision or culture of collaboration.

      Management does a lot of product roadmap fighting and no clear guidance by CEO. Run, don't walk!

      Pros

      It's in the Columbia Tower building so it's convenient and they give you an Orca card.

      Cons

      There is no real direction and no revenue. Long standing employees with tribal knowledge are dropping off like flies. Little to no accountability. It's just s matter of time before the investors pull the plug and they shut down.
