The company does not take care of there employees..... they say that they treat everyone equal, well that is the biggest load of garbage. Be very aware that if you choose to work for them don’t expect anything but crappy pay and people asking you to work miracles. The company does not have any control of there branch managers who don’t have a clue half the time what they are doing.

Before I was hired I heard rumors that the company had some mismanagement issues. I looked at the growth of the company over the previous few years and figured the executive team had gotten past the issues, as sustained growth is usually a sign of good management. This is not the case here. The manager in the branch I worked for is a bully. I (and other employees) was treated poorly and disrespected. My work suffered immensely due, in part, to the treatment I received. The company may be growing, but financially it seems to be on a precipice. The management team in the corporate offices does not communicate very well with the branches. A recent incident involving ISO/AS certification was mishandled and conveyed poorly to the employees. Many of the long time employees in my branch expressed interest in leaving at the first opportunity.
