Pros

Company turns good numbers and has lot of work built up, so there would be presumably be good job security for the right person.

Cons

There's no training and essentially no clear divisions between positions except among the people who have been working there for years filling critical functions (such as finance). Also, the owner complains about his employees in a hateful way behind their backs and states that he wants to fire them. At the time I was working there, they were serial hiring.

Pros

If you like confusion and working for a man that can’t communicate besides drawing pictures and claiming ‘nobody does anything’ followed by being fired for not being able to complete tasks that he has to approve, this is the PERFECT job for you!

Cons

Where do I begin? This man will fire you up in the interview process about how he’d pay anything to keep his employees around, he also will talk about how they’re the best in the business and how he just needs help with productivity, who wouldn’t take this job and put their finances at risk for this poor guy? HAH! Ceo is a right brained thinker, in other words he’s completely scatterbrained, which is perfectly ok, I can deal with that! He’s innovative and really intelligent, I’ll give him that. Hes really good at discrediting and trash talking past employees and he’s so particular that you can’t do a simple project without his approval- so just text him! Well what if he doesn’t answer? (He probably wont) Text him again? All of a sudden he discredits you for doing your part, the only part you can control, yet won’t contribute his part which is approving said project, or at least telling you what the next step in the project is. You can think you’re doing everything right, go home and feel good, even get affirmations from him and one day, he all of the sudden comes in and talks to you like you haven’t even tried. I at least know myself and my work ethic enough to not let this clearly not self aware man discredit what I bring to a company, it’s shameful and he doesn’t care. Also don’t ask ANYONE for advice in sales or service, if you add any extra detail to a project that he assigns to you, you will fail the ‘test’- I’m not sure if his staff is in on this ‘test’ since the bad advice that was given to me was unsolicited, any other human would have seen it as going above and beyond. This guy does not want that. Ps: just because he clearly knows that he’s a little off his rocker, does not mean he’s self aware that he’s screwing with peoples lives.
