      Pros

      - It is a great place if you value flexibility and autonomy in your working life. - You will be given freedom to explore your ideas and contribute to the companies growth and development. - Dynamic environment that changes and adapts to the market - The team is very diverse and open to share their knowledge. - Flat hierarchy across the whole team

      Don't expect everything to be set in stone from the beginning. It is a process

      Pros

      - Great people and team culture - Newest equipment (macbooks) - Flexibility - Competitive salary

      Cons

      All of the pros vanished when almost 50% of their staff was unexpectedly laid off even though we were being assured that it won't happen. Fun fact that company was hiring like crazy during summer where most of the business is slower and the last person joined the team on Monday just to be fired 3 days later.

      Pros

      - Flexibility (full remote set up and hiring people from every spot in the world) - Diversity (various clients in portfolio, the enrollment to a project is usually for 3 months - afterwards it can be either prolonged or consultant can be enrolled to a new one) - Flat structure (forget about micromanagement or about managers who will chase you - we are all equal) - Great team - Stakeholders did a great job when it comes to the company cultural fit - TA team includes people from many countries and we are perfectly matched into an awesome team - Competitive salary (fixed + incentive)

      Cons

      Because of remote set up people are missing a bit personal contact with each other.
