      Pros

      Management does not have any idea how to handle issues such as sexual harassment and conflict. There way of solving problems with employees is to fire them by locking them out of the building.

      Cons

      There are no positive things to say about a company that ruins your life.

      As the other poster said Dishonest, unprofessional, they just sold the Co. so I guess being a B.S. Artist pays... The 2 Closet weirdos learned DO-178B and "lets start a business..." We were encouraged to lie about are capabilities.

      Pros

      HR, Managers, Employees, everyone is nice and very helpful. Awesome CEO. No-one is constantly nagging you or looking over your shoulder, you are expected to complete your work, but you are given a reasonable amount of time.

      Cons

      Pay isn't very competetive. Raises are OK. Not much room to move. 90% of the time you wont be able to move to another project that sounds more interesting. Hopefully you get put on the project you resonate with in the first place.
