Pros
This is very much still a startup so there's all the benefits of that environment, small teams, fast paced development and tons of opportunity to grow. Learning and sharing knowledge is core to the culture and everyone is always open to helping out. The work we do is also really exciting, we're basically at the leading edge of 3D geospatial technologies and it's integration into more industries.
Cons
With the small teams and big needs that come from being a startup it's sometimes required to put extra time. Management does a good job of mitigating this but it's a fact of the type of company we are right now. There's also a good chance you might need to branch out to something new with very little guidance or support. That's exciting to some but not everyone so it's good to be aware of.
